Q : I am allergic to certain ingredients, can I substitute those ingredients for something else?
A : Yes, our ingredients are always available to be substituted upon request. Please contact us via email BEFORE making a purchase.
 Q: How often are products made? How fresh are they?
A: Due to products being crafted in small batches they are restocked every four weeks,or sooner in order to guarantee freshness.
Q: Why does my product look different from the last one I purchased? 
A: Due to the handmade nature of our products consistency and color may vary.

Q: What if my butter melts?

Due to high temperatures body butters are subject to melting in the summer months, to help with this we will be adding ice packs to packages. This DOES NOT guarantee that your butter won’t melt, but it will help with possibly keeping it solid. Butters are still able to be used if they do melt during transit, even if it’s not whipped. By purchasing butters, you agree not to hold Urthly Kreations Apothecary LLC responsible for melted butters.  We will not issue refunds or replacements for melted butters.

Q: Can I restore my body butter to the original fluffy consistency?

You can restore melted butters by melting them in a microwaveable bowl until they are liquid, then placing them in the fridge or freezer for 5-8 minutes. Remove the butter and use a fork or hand mixer to whip the butter until it is light and fluffy again. 

Q : How long will it take before my item(s) will be shipped?
A : Due to the handmade nature of our products, we currently only restock our shop once a month, because of this we normally experience high order volumes for our restocks. It can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to process and ship your order.  Please keep in mind during sales orders may take longer to process & ship. Orders are NOT shipped until processing is complete. Please see our processing and shipping tab for more information on shipping time.
Q: Do you offer same day shipping?
A: We usually do not offer same day shipping, all orders are shipped out in the order in which they are placed. If you need your order the next day you must select that shipping method at checkout.
Q : The website says free shipping on orders $75 and over, why am I still being charged for shipping.
A : Please ensure that your order total is at least $75 BEFORE shipping, if you are still having trouble please email us at urthlykreations@gmail.com .
Q : Where can I purchase Urthly Kreations Apothecary products?
A : Our products can be purchased from the Urthy Kreations Apothecary website, or picked up locally if you live in the Jackson,MS area.
Q: I payed for expedited shipping and my package says it’s still in transit. When will my package be delivered?
A: After you have received your notification from URTHLY KREATIONS APOTHECARY that your package has been shipped the package is no longer in our care, and YOU must settle all disputes with USPS. 
Q: Do you offer wholesale?
