Return Policy

Due to health regulations, and our products being handmade, Totally Balanced does not accept returns and all sales are final.
If your product is defected, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS  by email at shoptotallybalanced@gmail.com with a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase, and a photo of the defected items .
IF YOU DO NOT CONTACT TOTALLY BALANCED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR PRODUCTS, NO ITEMS WILL BE REPLACED.
If you are not happy with a product due to personal preference, failure to read product description ( not liking color, smell, texture) a refund WILL NOT be issued. If a product is defected (broken, cracked, spilled) on the behalf of Totally Balanced you may be eligible for a product replacement. Totally Balanced is will not be held responsible for damaged items, after they are in your care.
